Sara- There are three zip packages for your testing and use under SARA_ONLY. Things in the version world are threatening to get way overcomplicated, but it is actually pretty simple. Someone needs to keep track of the following fact irrespective of the MRN conversion capability because there are two new features to be tested: (1) All three packages under SARA_ONLY have the NIDCD MSH-10 field for testing purposes (last 4 digits of the inbound MSH-10 + HH MM SS + Milliseconds = 20 chars or less) (2) v42cX5 (32 bit version) includes a new feature which you will find on the Preferences form page “Subject Info/Navigation“. I have added a new feature at the bottom which allows you to control the study window titles with any combination of Name + MRN + Birthdate. This will NOT be ported to a 64 bit version until the 32 bit version is finalized and ported. So ENT&A will have to wait for the feature, but they can be told it will be coming. I will discuss charging them for it to help defray development costs with Brian and Gary. It will become a standard feature when deployed, but it was not a trivial ask and no one other than them has requested it. It is only fair that they help defray part of the cost of development. Please test the feature. The three zip packages for your testing and use under SARA_ONLY in detail: MRNConv_3_0_018_37z17hX3_64bit.zip: This is a special op standalone meant to be exclusively used for MRN conversion. The appropriate button is on the Home Window. It is like all previous special op standalone in that you can use it for other places, but it will be limited to the current data file version (2.1.5), It is meant for your exclusive use if you decide to force OU physicians over to the 64 bit track before conversion. Please test the conversion capability. MRNConv_3_0_018_42cX5.zip (32 bit version): This standalone version uses the new enabling resource architecture which will allow me to maintain the MRN conversion code in a way that future data file updates will not cause the code to have to be ported and reincorporated. This particular standalone package is specially marked as “MRNConv…” because it includes the proper resource document which is valid for the next 30 days (or slightly less now). When you open the program to test the conversion capability you will see the warning about the “TESTONLY” resources. When everything is properly enabled, you will find the MRN Conversion button on a special Preferences page “-SPECIAL OPERATIONS-“. Please test the conversion process in the 32 bit version as well as in the 64 bit version so you can choose to use either one at OU. Remember, if you convert OU using the 32 bit version their datafile will be updated and they will not be able to use the current 64 bit production version. They will have to wait for the DOD porting process. AudBase Server 3_0_018_42cX5.zip (32 bit version): The server version has the standard resource document with it and as such you should not get any out-of-the-ordinary prompts when starting it up and you should never see the Preferences page “-SPECIAL OPERATIONS-“ in the client. I uploaded this package as well so that the "Name + MRN + Birthdate” function could be tested in Client-Server. After all testing is completed I will release the appropriate production versions, but I am still hoping to incorporate as many custom form and Georgetown tweaks as possible before I do so. OU physicians could have their MRN converted using MRNConv_3_0_018_37z17hX3_64bit.zip and the current production 64bit installed of course, so this will not hold up your most time sensitive item. Releasing the NIDCD tweak though should wait until the other custom forms, etc. to save some effort. Marc
